I recapped this entire show when it streamed online on terra.com. Putting up the video links for those who missed the show. They only aired the last 3 matches from that show on 52MX.

Estrellita b Princesa Sugheit [lightning]

Match was much better than I expected it would be. Sugheit carried the bulk of the match and Estrellita usually just made quick comebacks. Estrellita gets the surprise win when she catches Princesa Sugheit in “la cazadora” and follows that up with “la cruceta invertida” (reverse figure four leglock) which sees Princesa Sugheit submit immediately.

Diamante, Hijo del Fantasma, Triton b Ephesto, Sangre Azteca, Shigeo Okumura

Okay match at best. Sangre Azteca really has dropped off in quality in the last year or two. He wasn’t very good in this match. Only saved by the fact Diamante was worse. I still think Hijo del Fantasma being on TV more means something more than he’s getting booked on a regular basis.

Marco Corleone, Rush, Shocker b Rey Bucanero, Terrible, Tiger

Two days after getting hit with a glass portrait, Rush returns to action without even bandages. KeMonito stole the show. Rush and Terrible continue to throw out challenges for future hair matches.

Unfortunately the best part of the 7/22 CMLL show was what didn’t air on this show as the first 3 matches were better than the last 3 matches. This is the Sunday show you’re missing on terra.com…yep…don’t worry yourself too much if you miss a Sunday show.
