2011 LuchaWorld 100 Countdown: #21. Demus 3:16

21. Demus 3:16 – (10) – (5’3″, 176 lbs, 14 yr. pro): Started the year as part of the regular-size men’s division in CMLL. He started feuding with Virus and the two threw out challenges at each other which resulted in one of the greatest stipulations added to a wrestling match. Demus 3:16 had followed a similar path to that of Virus from winning his way from moving out of the CMLL minis division to the regular-size men’s division. Virus felt Demus 3:16 was trying to take his spot, so they made a challenge for a hair match. They added the stips that winner would lead the Cancerberos faction (Virus was the leader at that time) and the loser would return to the minis division. Match was held on March 11th, 2011 at Arena Mexico and Demus 3:16′s lost and eventually had to return to the minis division. He continued his awesome rudo ways in the minis division wrestling the mini tecnicos like Electrico and long-time rivals Bam Bam and Mascarita Dorada. He also had a brief feud with Pequeño Warrior, who he ended up beating in a hair match on September 18th. While Mascarita Dorada left CMLL to go back to AAA, the two did continue to have matches on independent shows.
