23. El Hijo Del Santo – (64) – (5’7″, 185 lbs, 30 yr. pro): All-time great in Mexico. He host his own TV show on TVCDeportes called “Experiencias Con El Hijo Del Santo” were he interviews a variety of guests from the world of pro wrestling and shows us his museum were he keeps his father and his memorabilia. He’s pretty much public enemy #1 with both CMLL and AAA and both promotions refuse to work with him or allow any contracted talent to work his shows. He’s still a top independent wrestler. His drawing power has slipped in the last couple of years, but the guy can still go. Had a surprising run late in 2011 working on his Todo X El Todo shows were he feuded with second-generation wrestlers El Hijo del Solitario and Angel Blanco Jr. Lost the WWA World Welterweight Title to Angel Blanco Jr. in December. Wrestles quite a bit outside of Mexico including tours to Europe.
