24. Rush – (84) – (6’0″, 205 lbs, 4 yr. pro): Young tecnico has become one of CMLL’s top stars. He receives far more boos than any other wrestler in the promotion since Mistico despite being a tecnico. The one big difference is that he plays off it really well and comes off as a cocky heel. The fan interaction works great when Rush is facing off against a popular rudo like Volador Jr. or Ultimo Guerrero. Teamed with Angel de Oro and Diamante to win the Mexican Trios titles on January 9th at Arena Mexico. The trio held the titles for much of 2011 until they lost them on September 20th to the Invasores trio of Volador Jr., Psicosis and Olimpico. Rush would add another title in 2011 as he won the CMLL World Light Heavyweight Title on February 22nd from Ephesto. He went on to have several successful defenses against Rey Bucanero, Psicosis, Mr. Aguila & El Terrible. The match-up with El Terrible started a rivalry between the two that continued to heat up late in 2011. Has shown glimpses of being a really good brawler which will probably turn him into a Perro Aguayo type star in the very near future. He has also become a top challenger to the CMLL World Heavyweight Title. In 2011 challenged Ultimo Guerrero for the title and when Garza left the promotion, he was one of the top challengers to the title.
